Last Monday I started my very first paino lessons from neighbor of mine by the name of Amanada. She was one of the first people I've met in March of 2008 when I moved in. I gotten to know her pretty well and she is fun to be with. Amanada lives two house south from me. I don't have to walk very far.
Tuesday night I got myself a very nice paino keyboard and ever since that night I've been palying on it every day. I've been playing on it. I love the paino and I enjoy playing it.
It will give me a very nice direction to focus on right now. Focusing on the paino is something I need right now in my life. Learning to play the paino is something that I feel the Lord wants me to do right now as well. I feel pretty sure on that point. It will help me accomplish something that will help me in the future and help others. It will help me focus on being grateful for what I do have and stop complaining on what I don't have. I have always loved music for it has always been a great part of my life.
My institute classes are still going great and I love going to them. While I'm at the institute building I try to make the most of it. I really don't know what I would do with out being at the institute.
My work is going pretty good I believe. I didn't work last Wednesday I've heard that it has gone really slow but I'm not too worried.
My family is doing well. Life keeps them pretty busy. William is doing great in the MTC. He will leave and go to Cezch Republic in 2 weeks. He is really excited. He just wants to get out in the mission field so badly!!! Joseph we honestly have not heard from him but we guess he is doing well. My dad's accounting business is growing inch by inch. My mom is busy with her job at Weber State and helps my dad with his business.
Life conitnues to be grand with me.

Short and Sweet
I've decided to just make week's email short and sweet. I am doing well and everything in my personal life is doing great. Last week went well.
I love the paino and I want to learn how to play it better. I'm going to have piano lessons soon which I'm excited about. When I'm not busy with the paino practing or lessons and not busy with my other stuff or responables, I want to focus my free time on studying the gospel of Jesus Christ and my other musical loves.
My other musical loves are singing, playing the guitar and conducting. For some reason I feel impressed to focus my free time on studying the gospel and music. I have been feeling that way for some time.
My family is doing pretty well. Everyone is still conitnue to stay busy.

A Very Well Week
Hello Everyone,
Its good again to write to you today!! I can't believe another week has gone by!! It always amazes how time just flies by!!! I hope all of you are doing well.
This past week as just went very well. My youngest brothers William and Joseph are doing good in what they are doing!! My other family members are doing well from what I know and tell.
I had a funny expereince at work on Wednesday I would like to share it with you. I was on my hands and knees putting stuff away on a shelf. When an old woman with a walker comes by and says "Since you are on your hands and knees would you mind putting in a 'good word' for me." I just smiled and said "I'll try" Its moments like these that just makes my job even better!! And it also makes my life really grand than ever before.
This past week there were a lot of snowy days and I did take the opportunity to go shovel When I was done I felt so good!!
On Friday night I had a daddy/daughter fun time. We went to the temple for it was our stake temple night. It was fun. It was very good to be in the temple. After an evening at the temple it made my life onces again smell like a rose coming in the spring time even though the world outstide was a winter wonderland! The temple gave me a refresh look of life! For I picture now bunches of roses coming in the spring time. I love coming home after being in the LORD'S HOUSE the TEMPLE!!
Now I do have to say this I wasn't really struggling before I went to the temple for I was just commpletely happy. The temple just gave me some spiritual strength!!

A Nice Update
The nice update is this, my institute classes, work and my nursey calling is going stil going great. Those three areas classes, nursey calling and work is still going very well.
William is doing just really great in the Missionary Training Center in Provo and he got the language down very well, Joseph is surviving the hard work of basic training in South Carolina and doing well too. My parents are doing well and thier jobs they enjoy are keeping them busy!! The rest of my silibilings are all doing well.
Friday at 2:00 pm till 10:00 pm I was at the institute for a small Leadership Conference. There was games, speakers, workshops, dancing, and of course delicious food!!! Can't have anything with out food!! hehehe. I got to met a lot of people and get to know better some of my classes mates and old friends.
I really enjoyed my time there Friday and while I was there the spirit of the Lord reminded me again to take all the opporunitles life gives you. For life keeps changing the opportunities for you and if you don't take it then its just gone.

A Grand Week It Was
It was indeed a grand week. I look back on the past week and I realize I had a lot of fun!! To start out with Joseph went back to basic training from being here for the holidays!! We got an email from William saying that he is doing great. He is getting the language down really well. Everyone else in my family is all doing good. Some are back in school, work and continuing to be busy with their families.
As for me I started my institute classes and they were great. I'm taking Latter-day Saint History, Parables of Jesus and of course a choir class. Oh how I love to sing!! My work is just doing fine and I'm still enjoying it.
My nursey calling in church is going great!! I had a blast today in nursey!! This year we just have all grils :) no boys :( in the class!!! Which will indeed be a quiet change to the room. I was more myself today, bouncing around quietly, so happy and being the crazy Amy that people love to see. The Crazy Amy is just me being more happier than usual, not let anything or anyone bug me and being really postivie!!!
I've also been reading a lot this past week which was great!! I love getting that old hobby back in my life!!! I've been slow and stead this week too!! I just took my time with things I needed to do and places I needed to be at. I did my best not to waste my time too!! I think that is why I feel it was indeed a grand week. Come Let Us Anew With the 2010 Year!!
Hello Everyone,
Last week was a great one indeed for it ended an old week, month, and year!!! My New Year's was a lot of fun and I didn't do much!!!
There are two songs in the LDS Hymn book I just love and they are called "Come Let Us Anew" and "Ring Out Wild Bells." I started to sing these two songs during the ending of 2009 and the beginning of 210
The first verse of Come Let Us Anew is this,
Come let us anew our journey pursue, roll round with the year, And never stand still till the Master appear. His adorable will let us gladly fulfill, and our talents improve by the patience of hope and the labor of love by the patience of hope and the labor of love." I just love those words especailly "Come let us anew our journey pursue.....let us gladly fulfill and our talents improve by the patience of hope and the labor of love, by the patiende of hope and the labor of love." With this new year shouldn't we all improve out talents and make things new in this world during this year!!
The second song is Ring Out Wild Bells. Especially the second verse and the words our these,
"Ring out the old , ring in the new, Ring happy bells across the snow, the year is going , let him go ring out the false, ring in the true, The year is going let him go ring out the false, ring in the true!!!"
The year 2009 has gone already did we leave the bad feelings of hatred, angery and frustering and other such feelings behind with the old year? Did we come in to this New year with new feelings of love and kindness, and joy?
Everyone, These are just my feellings and believes that I got from these two songs that have to do with the Old year giong and the new year starting. I am excited for this year!
